Prices
Prices are per person per night and include a generous breakfast, use of the heated outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and outdoor parking. The minimum stay is 3 nights. For stays of 1-2 nights, a surcharge of €5.00 per person per day applies.
Tourist Tax
A tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day is added to the room rate.
Payment Methods
We accept cash (up to €4,999.99), debit cards, Visa, and Mastercard.
Non-smoking Rooms
All rooms are non-smoking.
Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2:00 PM; check-in is possible until 10:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, please let us know. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
Pets
We accept dogs (no puppies) upon request for a fee of €10.00 per day (excluding food). Dogs are not permitted in the breakfast room or the garden pool area. Dogs are not allowed in the rooms during the day.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings and cancellations are accepted only in writing. A non-refundable deposit of 30% per room is required to confirm your reservation and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy and Insurance
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself in case of serious problems. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable in accordance with Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival: free of charge (the deposit is non-refundable)
- 30 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the booking price
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the booking price
- Within the last 7 days before arrival: 90% of the booking price
- Late arrival, early departure, or no-show: 100% of the booking price
