PRICES
Our prices are per person per night. Included in the price is: a rich breakfast, use of our heated outdoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and private parking. Please note that a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
There is a surcharge of €5.00 per person per day for a short stay of 1-2 nights.

Local tax
A local tax of €1.50 per person per day will be added to the room rate.

Methods of payment
We accept cash payments (up to €4,999.99), EC card/Bancomat, VISA and Mastercard.
All our rooms are non-smoking

Check-in & Check-out
The room is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival. Arrival is possible until 22:00. If you arrive after 19, please inform us. The room must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Pets
We accept dogs (no puppies) on request only. We charge €10.00 per day – food not included. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, swimming area and garden. Dogs are NOT allowed in the rooms during the day.

Reservation confirmation
Reservations and cancellations are only accepted in writing.
A 25% deposit per room by credit card or bank transfer is required to confirm a reservation.

Cancellation conditions and travel cancellation insurance
Take out our travel cancellation insurance. It protects you from cancellation fees if you are unable to start your holiday for a serious reason. The deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, in accordance with Article 1.385 of the Italian Civil Code.

Our cancellation policy:
- If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, there is no cancellation fee (the deposit is not refunded)
- If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before the start of your holiday, 40% of the booking value
- If you cancel within 14 to 8 days before the start of your holiday, 60% of the booking value
- If you cancel in the last 7 days before the start of your holiday, 90% of the booking value
- If you arrive late, leave early or do not show up, 100% of the booking value will be charged
